Hooking NC Fishermen

Shafer & Huguley has formed a strategic partnership between Old 96 District Tourism, the South Carolina Department of Natural Resources and WLOS-TV to promote fishing in South Carolina. The media partnership has been created to encourage North Carolina fishing enthusiasts to fish in South Carolina lakes. The promotion, which was created and developed by Shafer & Huguley could award one lucky fisherman $50,000. Old 96 District Tourism, a five county area located on the western border of South Carolina, is home to South Carolina’s Freshwater Coast. The inland “coast” includes lakes Thurmond, Russell and Greenwood.
